The reception is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Check in time from 12:00 to 19:00, if you need late check in is enough to advise before the hotel, to provide you a personal code to open the main door, inside you will find your name with your key and all useful indications on a city map.

Check out time is at 10:00, if you need to hold the room more time please ask to the reception. We can store, free of charge, your luggages for the time needed to continue your city visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation is free with a communication until 48 hours before arrival, then we will charge the first night stay as penalty. Without any notice of cancellation will be charged all amount stay as penalty. In case of not refundable reservation, we will charge all the amount at the confirmation time, no refund is expected.
